Why Choose us

  • We are highly qualified and experienced

  • Our reports are clear and understandable

  • We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors

  • Our Level 2, 3 and Defect Reports include an optional up to 20 minute phone call to fully explain the survey report

  • We focus on quality rather than quantity, our surveyors carry out a maximum of one condition survey per day so that we can focus on your property, a typical 2 bedroomed terraced house would take us approximately 3 hours to survey - that's double the time some of our competitors spend on site, this is due to the extremely thorough inspection process

  • Customer care is our number 1 priority

  • Unlike some of our competitors we do not charge extra for the Help to Buy one month extension letter if your Help to Buy transaction doesn't complete within the Homes England 3 month time limit.  Subject to our terms of engagement.

  • We are a trusted local surveying business that cares

  • We are competitively priced

Our Competition

  • Not all surveying business are regulated by the RICS

  • Not all RICS members are chartered - Assoc RICS is not a chartered member grade even if the business is regulated by RICS

  • Some surveying businesses focus on volume rather than quality, paying their surveyors based on how quickly they can complete the survey, spending half of the time we typical spend on site surveying the property

  • Many surveying businesses say they are local but in reality this is just how they appear on google or lead finders, some are based hundreds of miles away and actually subcontract the work out to someone else

  • Many surveying firms charge a large fee if you require an extension letter or a desktop re-valuation if your Help to Buy transaction doesn't complete within the Homes England 3 month time limit
